Christmas mood

My Amazon Prime membership expires tomorrow and I have cancelled it. Not going to renew. I am grown up and not going to watch fiction.
I am so much grown up that I paid my web hosting bill in Bitcoin this year and cancelled my credit cards.
I expect to receive Xmas gifts though from family members and friends. Those are always welcome.

Why exactly the 25th day? If the Gregorian calendar appeared in relation to the birth of Jesus, shouldn't you celebrate it at the beginning of the month of the year?
