Choosing Videos to Monetize

So now that we can all monetize on youtube, I was thinking since i do iphone videos which are not copyright, but then also do gaming videos, which are, that I might make separate channels, but id prefer not to, so I looked up and saw you can choose which videos to monetize and which not to. So do you guys think its a good idea to post all my videos on one channel, and monteize the videos that are not copyright like iphone vids and vlogs for example, and then just not monetize the gaming videos, until I possibly get a parternship with a gaming company? could i get my channel removed or adsense in trouble for do this if I dont monetize certain videos that are gaming while other videos on the same channel are monetized?

Do you guys think I can get in trouble for this?
