Choosing URL of the post

Hi all,
Please write your thoughts about 2 case I write below...
for example my main keyword is "credit card"
secondary keywords are "credit card application", "compare credit cards", "credit card comparison", "credit card deals", "secured credit card" etc..
domain is credit-card. c*m

1) I will publish a post which targets "credit card application"...
which url is the best for seo about this post;
credit-card. c*m / credit-card-application
credit-card. c*m / application

2) I will publish a post which targets "compare credit cards"...
which url is the best for seo about this post;
credit-card. c*m / compare-credit-cards
compare.credit-card. c*m / index

note: this domain and keywords are not my real domain and keyword. I chose them for example.

2.your domain / compare-credit-cards
but you should have a variety of anchor text values (do not use only "credit card application" and "compare credit cards")

on number 2, you did not overlook it is subdomain, did you? you mean full keyword url is better than subdomain like this?

Is credit card in the domain name? If so you could leave it out if you want in the page url. I've done it both ways and haven't noticed a huge difference.

yes domain have last 2 word of keyword... and first word of keyword is subdomain. like this;
compare.credit-card. c*m
is above usage equivalent with this;
credit-card. c*m / compare-credit-cards

or which of them is best. (keyword is "compare credit cards")
