Choosing the best domain name..

So I want to start adsense with a site. And I need to decide on a domain name after I have found a niche. It's in the health market I only want to set it up to get clicks and money from adsense yet also give advice legitimatly.

So how do I choose the best domain name? i want a long one right with a lot of possible keyword opportunities?

E.G. playcasinogamesonlineforfree.com would be better than playcasinogames.com because it targets a lot of keywords right?

so do i do the same for my niche, target a very low amount of local searches for the whole website address and build it up as it shortens?

Say for the whole term it could be just 17 Unique views a month
then for a bit of it, it is 77 views. Then a smaller bit is 1.6k a month.

Finally the shortest keyword in the URL is say 60.5k searches (very hard, i know)

So is this how you do it? Many thanks in advance!
