If you have a very clean site, adsense. If you have a scraper site, or user-gen site with un or lightly moderated content, Chitika. Also Chitika I think only pays for US/Can traffic.
AdSense is getting very paranoid, you are subject to ban for any stupid number of reasons. Hard to build a long term business on their rev. model.

I have account in chitika... by i can earn arround 1$/month and when the next new month coming this amount will clear on my account. could you tell me why chitika not pending amount on account?

I havent used chitika in a while but at the time you could only make money with them through organic traffic (otherwise there ads would show up a generic ads advertising their program) I had diver traffic sources so this was useless to me. I guess if you got pure organic traffic now they are good but havent tested since I do so good with adsense
