Chinese Dropshippers

Hi,

I am just wondering if China is the best place for suppliers to buy dropshipping from? Are they any other countries cheaper with the same quality?

if your going to china your going there to buy wholesale. I wouldnt have anything dropshipped from china to your customers.

not only would shipping be stupid high (depending on what it is your having shipped, anything lightweight is your best bet)

your customers wont get their product for another 7-10 days since you will have to go through US customs.

id rather buy a product wholesale and go thru all the trouble of having it go thru customs and shipping a whole container than for individual items.

Plus your profit margin is better obviously
 
NEVER and i mean NEVER drop-ship anything from china, it will come to the customers smelling awful and wrapped in brown tape with 90 forged customs forms on it. Everything from china has an astringent smell to it, almost like witch-hazel. You have to ship it to yourself first. Honestly dropshipping never made money for me, they basically ARE retail, so unless you can somehow sell them for above retail, you aren't going to make money.
 
witch hazel? ahah thats absolutely hilarious. hasn't been my experience with chinamen but then again im not dealin with dirty chinamen to cover up the smell ahahah.......... j/k

you have to do your research if your trying to get a solid connect in china. most of them are con-men so you have to check them out with the local govt. ( this is all possible online)

once u find a solid hook up and you can trust them they might drop ship for you but like i said before. you go to china if you want A LOT of product to flip for retail

He is correct on this, however, I have yet to find a 100% legitimate chinese wholesaler to date. Always ship to yourself first

Yeah, crappy dropshippers charge retail. Some chinese one have way low prices, albout low as buying wholesale and shipping yourself. The problem I've had is processing and shipping, might be OK with your own site but definitely to slow for ebay. Once I had a package sit in the hong kong post office for a week after I got the tracking code before it even went anywhere lol.
 
i used to dropship on ebay and put item ships in 10-15 days... never had a problem.
dhgate to customer straight up.
