Hi does somebody have a list of chinese domain registrar that allow such activities as phishing? I need a registrar that has the widest range of TLDs and CCTLDs with the cheapest prices. Also I need them to accept cryptocurrencies. If they allow a reseller program it will be ideal. Please if anybody can help.
