The best way would be to find a writer out here on BHW.

You can check the HAF or WTB section.

It's better to work with a person instead of an agency.

You can also find cheap freenlance translators on smartlation.com, onehourtranslation.com, etc. Just choose Marketing when selecting the expertise area. Check what is cheaper.
