Does anyone know if it's still being supported anymore? I notice the forum is spam to heck now and no replies to any posts as well. I also sent a support ticket and it has been over 36 hours and no reply. If I ever had any issues before I would hear something from them before or within the 24 hours they say they would reply in.

Anyone else having these same issues?

EDIT:Just re-checked the forum and you are right, it is spam city there.

36 hours isn't that long a wait sometimes they can take a few days. I'd wait it out just a little longer.

As far as i know they still support it.I would wait more than 36 hours though.

Ok, I am going to wait a little long and for now I will just use SC3 as that's my backup.

Oops I completely missed this thread back then too.

Normally all tickets are answered within a day, however every so often there'll be some weird circumstances where there'll be a ~72 hour response. Usually this only happens once every few months

Oh, and we wiped the forum because it wasn't really giving value to anyone. Everything goes through the support desk now at http://support.akturatech.com

ChimpRewriter are working on a massive update. They're probably pulling out their hair getting it lifted off the ground. I would just politely send them a PM if it's urgent, if it can wait then just hang in there. They're great guys and aren't out to piss anyone off.
