Ai videos for kids will work, however it has to be super unique, so many channels in the kids niche with Ai content... to make it transformational, get original music, you can hire someone for $10-20 per video, and add subtitles to it. Make the video of entertainment value instead of simply 100% creating it using Ai.

There is not good future with children channels now unless the channel becomes very big. This is because youtube has come with lot of restrictions on such channels.
