Chicken Dinner Conundrum

OK, so I had a very large meal yesterday and I have been for a crap 3 times today and it's only 3 in the afternoon.

Anyway it got me thinking...

If I eat a chicken dinner, a turd comes out my arse the next day. If I ate a turd today, would a chicken dinner come out my arse tomorrow?
