Hey. So I've had a chest pain since 4 days ago, and it wasn't anything special the other days, but today it's really distracting me.
It occurs whenever I'm breathing, and I can feel it in the left side of my chest. I don't think it's my heart, but I can't say for sure. I can't really feel it if I'm laying down, for example when I was waking up and laying in the bed, I didn't feel anything until I stood up.

Anyone experienced this?

See a doctor *now*. Probably nothing, but do it to be sure. Good luck.

See a Doctor now. It might be nothing or you could be dying. You won't a get a decent diagnosis on an Internet Marketing Forum.

It may sound strange, but I felt the same thing a few days ago, when I was running outside and it was over 36 degrees hot. Then after I went back home it happened again, a strange pain on the left side of my chest... now it's gone.

Probably trapped wind.*

*Disclaimer, I'm not a doctor.

It might be this! I was doing a very incline chest exercise at the gym, and I tried breathing when doing it, but it was literally impossible, and my breathing was messed up when doing that exercise. I couldn't really feel it right after the exercise though.

Best thing you can do is spend few $ and go to a doctor ,get a ecg done and get expert opinion to stay safe

1) see the doctor
2) stop eating all the crap and start with stopping using sugar
3) work less hours, find an offline hobby..

look, a while ago I had a similar problem.. it was all because of stress, long unproductive hours spent by 3 screens and lots of sweet coffee..

if it is stress - analyse your life and change it asap.

be well,
H

I'm not a stressed type, I go to the Gym and stay healthy, I get enough sleep and all of that. I'm looking into the trappes wind stuff. If I still feel bad tonight, then I'll see what my parents think, and most likely go to a doctor..

Hey! I think I may know exactly what it is, look up costochondritis, I have this and it can be pretty painful at times

If its related to breathing it can be due lungs inflammation, rubbing in every breath that causes pain. Secondly if you feel pain on touching, rubbing the affected area of the chest then its related to muscular pain. If you can pinpoint pain area then its not heart related as heart related pain is more like a clutched hand ( fist) placed on chest, a typical explanation of pain by patients having heart attack ( Myocardial infarction). Another cause of pain can be trapped air or acidity that usually subside in a day or two. Persons doing regular exercise usually dont get stomach acidity. In your case it seems more of a muscular pain. Go get proper check up by General physician as he/she might advise you to take rest for few days.

I think forum is not the best place to have your cure. You should see any doctor and he can suggest what to do next and will suggest some medicines also.

Hi, I'm a doctor, it hurts when you take a deep breath? Ask someone to push you between painful ribs , from front to back, if it hurts then it is a problem in the spine. If it does not hurt , I recommend you see a doctor urgently.
