User chelly is scammer. He promised 300 Facebook likes, and never delivered. Never do business with this piece of s hit.

chelly is a member of this forum. I bought 300 likes for 8$, sended him the money via PayPal. He never gave my 300 likes.

PayPal scam is that they ask you to send them the money through PayPal and to pick "Services" as payment type. That way they can win a dispute with no problem (becouse services are intangible). In other words, PayPal doesn't protect you, but him. SO when ever buying something from unknown source, always put payment type "items".

No extrawinner, even though he post the proof, we mods cant do anything with this, as it dealt outside of BHW BST.

read the rules guys. nothing can be done here because they dealt with it outside of the bst thread like BigBuddy said. be cautious, i cant stress enough about this. get all the info you need to get a hold of the person and make sure that you can afford it if something happens. and make sure you save all of your documents. payments, emails, instant messages, whatever you need to.

I know BigBuddy, but with proof we could know if we should avoid this guy. Throwing shit at people without proof is not right.

This could be precaution for others...
