not only this one. also p2p access channels, some private group access. google ads account, cloud account.
starting over is the best.

Have you got access to your email address you used before?
You can't just create a fresh account, you need to reach out to support and advise your previous username / email address.

Probably, however its best to sever the leg to save the body.
