Checkout.com How do i get it?

Hello,

I see even a very bad looking sites are using checkout.com, while i cannot because you need to make 1m a month to be able to connect with them.
I need a solution, where do they mask it, or are they connecting to some other companies that take more fee than usual?

Please help me guys my business is dying.
