This is my opinion. If there are errors or need to add, please give me advice
1. Unique Titles and descriptions for all pages
Each of your websites (including the homepage) should have a unique title and a description. The titles contain about 60 - 65 characters. The descriptions usually have about 150 characters. The titles and descriptions are two things that accurately describe the page content without being crammed with keywords. Create unique Titles and descriptions for all pages
2. Well-formatted URLs - URLs
The permanent links are formatted all lowercase and are separated by hyphens.
3. Quick page loading speed
Regardless of whether the user or search engines do not want websites to load slowly. In contrast, fast loading websites are often very SEO friendly. That means they are beneficial in ranking by algorithms compared to slower loading sites. In particular, they will create more user interaction (sales, newsletter registration, contact form introduction, ...).
4. Unique content Content on your website cannot be found anywhere else.
All pages should have unique and useful content. This means that a website with content copied from other sites will not be a standard seo webite of google. And it certainly won't rank high on Google's search results table.

5. Contains images optimized for search engines
It is true that search engines love a lot of text. However, you also need to have images for your pages because people will like it. Images make your content more interesting and readable. One thing you should remember is to optimize the image size. Tools like Smush.it can help you reduce the image size without losing their quality. You should also name and use ALT text for images.
6. Pages should have a clear structure
A website usually has the following elements: Header Breadcrumb menu Page Title (only 1 title per page) Text is well formatted. They are separated into short sections with subheadings Author information Footer Of course there are many different characteristics that make a SEO standard website. However, these 6 factors are considered the most important.
7. Create XML Sitemap XML
Sitemap helps search engines understand the structure of the website when it crawls. When you transfer more data to Google, you can also identify the most important and valuable pages for you to prioritize them.
8. Make the page compatible with all devices
Your website and content must be optimized for all types of devices that users can use. This helps them get a better user experience. There are many tools that can help your website be mobile friendly.

9. Use Robots.txt file
If you have some pages that do not want the Google index you can use the Robots.txt file. It will tell search engines, bots know which pages do not need indexing. Remember to update the Robots.txt file if you decide to refactor your site.

10. Check your orphan pages
When the crawlers follow the links to crawl your website, you need to check that all of your pages are properly attached to the site structure. Thanks to OnCrawl’s crossed analysis you can discover your pages or pages and see the active and inactive pages to optimize your overall structure.

OnCrawl is the right tool to study all the SEO elements present on your site thanks to the semantic crawler and its ability to detect duplicate content.

I might include mobile friendly design in there. I know most templates are responsive, but it's always worth checking.

Technical SEO Specs as well, such as speed, bandwidth, decent hosting (you don't want your website to return 5xx errors when more than 10 pages are loaded).

1. Technical SEO
2. Targetted keywords and meta description
3. Meta Tags
4. High-quality backlinks
5. Quality Content
6. Engaging with social media networks... etc all these are also recommended
