If you upload a video that has ben already uploaded it will be removed automatically (even a fragment). The algorithm is pretty good. In case not, you are always at risk of being demonetized. Not a great deal after all. If you already know you are uploading someone's else video, do it at your own risk. Thousands of people are repeatedly doing this every this so it's nothing newfangled
Unfortunately, after 3-4 such videos, FB deletes the page that has been created over the years. Now I have created a new, test page on which I upload the video. If all is well, then upload the video to the main page.

You can get a copyright infringement even if the video wasn't uploaded yet. All it takes is the owner to see the video and take action. If you upload content that isn't yours without permission, one way or the other, you are always taking risks that (maybe) you don't want to take in the long run.

Ban "flew" also at the same time to all 10 pages. No author is able to find these 10 pages at the same time.

You are right. It's not physically possible. That's why Facebook rights manager exists. You should google it and see what it is.
