hey guys i have been out of this scene for along time and i needed a little guidance...i am on fiverr purchasing some links potentially and the da and pa that he is showing are good but it says traffic "0" on some of the links that i like...i doubled checked his pa da on some sites and also checked the pages on archive going back several years but i just dont understand why his excel sheet would show "0" for traffic...what am i missing?

DA can be easily upped, so I don't think it's a good indicator of the quality of a link, especially of a link bought off Fiverr and especially if it's high DA but low price.
All of these signals, when taken together, are usually indicative of the quality of a backlink.
But traffic - despite of being a good metric to judge links by - is still not everything. I think you need to analyze the sources of these links more carefully, as it's still possible for the links to be good despite of the lack of traffic.

if it's under $50/site (it depends on the niche) then all are spammy
They are many resellers in fiverr who are selling worthless links
and : you can easily increase DA/PA with google redirects in less than a month
well it cant be a good thing if its 0 traffic thats for sure

Traffic is the most important metric these days. A stale link with no clicks won't do much for you.
As others pointed out, it's easy to game the DA and PA metrics.

generally, yes. But there are links without traffic that are still worth getting if the price is right, so don't get hung up on traffic alone, analyze everything and then compare against the asking price and you'll know whether to buy or not
