Checking nofollow is my slowest part - how do you do it?

Hi, I really have no good way to check no follow links but to go to the site itself. There must be a better way, or some technique to minimize this.

its called seo for firefox. works well.

Thanks for the help guys, but I do use a plugin. I found a really cool program (though it didn't work ><), but what it did was you typed in a url, it pulled the list from yahoo sitemaps, and then it crawled those pages to see if the link to the URL was nofollow or not - pretty smart. Looking for something like that.

Nothing wrong with nofollow, makes your links look natural.
You done all the hard work now might as well leave one.

If it's against googles rules to manipulate our rankings
why do they give us googletools?

Don't listen to Matt Cutts disinformation.
