checking for keyword ranking

hello black hatters, I've searched the web and the forums with no result! Im looking for a keyword ranker checker (preferably free) with geo location that will show me which sites are ranking for a keyword from. let me explain, for example I want to check the keyword "mens shoes", I want to see which website is ranking number one for that keyword and which website is ranking number 2 and so on.... also if there is a feature that can enable me to choose which country/city they are ranking in that would be great!

what I use to do Is change my IP address for New York for example and go on google and type in "mens shoes" then manually check which site is the first one and so on... its alot of work and very time consuming... ugh! you know what else is time consuming? eating a clock lol

ps. I tried to use serps tool and its not working for some reason, every time I click to get the results nothing happens idk why!!! and its too expensive for me to sign up just to check a couple of keywords
