Well i Know market samurai can check for h1 tags, not sure about what exactly you mean in terms of keywords and outbound links.

its a great little app

can see what anchor text of your competitor's backlinks are

I second that Market Samurai can identify <h1> tags and <h3>.

There is a tool in the Downloads Section that can check everything regarding on-site SEO factors, such as h1 tag, keyword in title/description/meta tags, outbound links,etc... and besides this it also offers off-site SEO competition analysis(backlinks/anchor text/PR of backlinks), it is called Traffic Travis!
Search for it in the Download Section and you'll easily find it, find the crack/license for the Professional Version

P.S. For off-site SEO competition analysis better use Market Samurai as it's better in my opinion.

Yea offsitei t's good to see backlinks but sometimes backlinks don't even matter =P

Backlinks ALWAYS matter!!! You are wrong, on-site SEO sometimes doesn't matter(although it helps a lot on ranking) because you can still beat pages with good on-site SEO with tons of quality relevant backlinks.

You can also try spydermate.com, it's free but only lets you crawl 5 times/month (there's no restriction to accounts, i have around 10)

A Firefox and Chrome plugin called SEOQuake will give you the core SEO factors in Google results for each result. PR, indexed pages, links, age, etc.
