Checking backlinks in GWT and Ahref question

Hello guys ive been using ahref to check my backlinks on my website i have 40k+ backlinks result from ahref but on my GWT i only have 1.7k backlinks ?

my website is 2 year old and i started adding gwt since build my site

(i use GWT but didnt know i can check backlinks on gwt i didnt really bother checking it before)

GWT is really a newbie if you consider that data as accurate. ahref and majesticseo is working best for me.
