I don't want to send my spinned articles to 3rd party services.
I would prefer doing my own queries against Google

Should I split whole article by sentences using NLP and then check each sentence against search operators like :

    - "sentence"
    - intitle:
    - inurl:

and looking for exact text match? Then based on these data calculate whole article uniqueness?
What do you think? Am I approaching it from the right direction or not?

    From the wrong direction? Yes.

You don't need to use Google or any third party service unless you copied an article that has already been indexed by Google and used it as your base article for spinning. Your spinning tool should show you the uniqueness of your spun articles after spinning. if it doesn't, switch to a better tool.

I need to code it first to have it... That's why I asked.

Edit1: Yes I actually need it because I'm going to try to spin content already indexed on the web
Edit2: And I think commercial spinners you suggested do something like this (using google, or sending it to some services like copyscape)
Edit3: Or they just compare uniqueness only to original article. Thats not enough for my purpose I think

Why not copyscape? You can save your time by using it to check uniqueness of articles.

Copyscape's free scan requires text to be placed on some domain. And there is limited number of scans for that domain per month.
They have paid API. I'm not interested in paid services.

There are also lot of free alternatives limiting scans per IP. Some of them for sure steals uploaded articles. That's why I prefer checking against google.

Anyway if my idea with google fails for some reason I just use some of these free services.

Search online for plagiarism checkers, and use them to check your articles for uniqueness.
