This is my own one
It can do a bit more than the usual ones:
a) it's light weight (fast loading) and all on one screen (no scrolling)
b) it can detect web proxies + most times show your real IP if you use such a proxy
c) it shows not only country but also the region and the city
d) free plugin is also available to integrate it into your own website
and of course no caps or usage restrictions as long as you don't abuse it.

Costs a little money, but then again, I think this is the actual service that alot of company's are using to check proxies
