I was wondering is there really something like this out there... I mean sure I have used google to find out where this program is, but I'm gonna guess you can't find it, or it doesn't exist. But I am very confused, if any third party website has even created something like this.

I believe there are many question in related to this topic in BHW.
But yet none have the answer to solve this puzzle.
 
There's quite a few apps that try doing that, but the problem is the person needs to accept the app also. I think most people just say no to the app when it asks for permissions. Without enough people accepting any of those apps means that none of them ever become useful.
 
there is. i had this app. it was a paid app.
it worked beautifully told you who and when visited your profile.
I had it for more than a year. It was beautiful! The true VIP club of facebook.
Now it does not work anymore. Sorry boys.

LOL... you answered 'There is....' but it doesn't work anymore.
Hence the conclusion would be 'There is NOT'.... ;)
 
No chance, there are few apps still exists but they are fake. they randomly select and display friends.

Agreed...and be very careful with all this apps.
All they wanted is just your information once you give them the access to it.
 
It's technically possible to accomplish that, but not strictly within Facebook.

You would need to pretty much hack into the account of your "assumed" stalker and then use typeahead in the search box, which I believe is based on number of visits to certain profiles (those you visit most often are on top).

Another (more accurate) approach would be to check the history of the browser to see how many times your profile has been visited. However, even then you would need to do that for ALL your friends to see who viewed your profile most, which is pretty much impossible.

P.S.
One thing is certain though - Facebook does log your visits to profiles (I'm not sure if they log the NUMBER of visits, but they certainly log at least the first or most recent visit).
 
At least now some people know that there was once such a thing... I hate people that don't know anything and they make stuff about it...

No sorry you can't code it like this, because you will have to place facebook window in an iframe in order to access the elemnts of your stalker account, I have created the app about one year ago, I found a breach using fb_sig_user session variable, but they sent me an email and said they will disable my account, so i had to delete this, the app is still there but it doesn't check who has visited your profile...

This is how it's technically possible:
- create a firefox extension which your stalker has to use to check which account he has visited (not easy to convience him thought).
- create a desktop app, that will run in background, something like a virus which will send you the info you need (illegal).
- ask your stalker to visit facebook using your link (a page containing a hidden iframe which will host your javascript code).

What I said was that you can't do that within Facebook. I'm not talking about iframes here. You can accomplish it using external tools, like the ones you mentioned. However, if you do manage to gain access to your stalker's PC to that extent.. the last thing you would be interested in would be how many times they've seen your profile.
 
I doubt facebook is ever going to make it possible to retrieve this sort of information - it is very big brotherish. They do have this ability on pof and lavalife but those are different kinds of sites altogether.
 
facebook won't tell you how to get this, you have to find security holes in FB and then expoit them.
 
I rarely use the word impossible, but I do not think this is even remotely possible without the visiting party clicking or accepting something and even then a challenge. Even if you developed a way, they would likely figure out the loophole, close it, and you'd be out all the effort.
