Check IPQualityScore to see if it’s flagged, do speedtests to check response time, websites like browserleaks could also be helpful to see if your IP is being masked correctly, AbuseIPDB can also be used to see if the IP is blacklisted.

Quality of what? Someone needs to ask not to be on blacklists. Someone so that they would not be banned from a certain service. For some, the purity of the proxy is not important, the main thing is the quantity. Some people want certain countries. You can have many clean and fast proxies, but for example, Vietnam or Brazil, which are less in demand than Europe or the USA.
