Rank in a week? Google is taking a week's time only to crawl the page lately, forget ranking.

On the other hand, there are other factors contributing too, age and authority of the website, on Page SEO and lastly the backlinks

It's difficult to say with the data you've shared.

Niche, the authority of other sites already ranking for the term and quality of your site all play a major part. Keyword tools should be used as a guideline, and never show the whole story.

so what else we should do once we find out such keyword?
 
Depends on so many factors, your site, who's your competitors, how about their on-page and off-page.
 
Search volume and cpc data is ok.

Manually check top 10 listing. Check their metrics, content, links and you will get an idea.
 
Now a days, you cant trust these tools. People are getting smarter with PBN hiding techniques. There are keywords which are shown easy and but when you try to rank them, you cant even make to top 20.
 
You should also check your competition on this keyword. KD is not always a thing that you need to check. You can find a friendly guide about keyword research in the blackhat SEO section.
 
KD is a crappy metric. Please don't judge the competition based on this score. Just take a look at the SERP manually and see what's already ranking.

Excately!
I wrote 9 10 articles about 1 micro niche. They were all super quality articles. At least way better than the ones ranking no1. They were much longer, covering all lsi keywords and frequently asked questions aswell. No1 ranking those domains rating were 3-4 according to moz. I check their backlinks of those articles and big NOTHING. As you can guess, its pbn stuff. Be aware of that.
 
Amazing information every one is providing here. Anyone pls share good keyword research strategies. I am searching the blackhat section myself too but it gives me old posts.
 
search for tutorials also there are many valuable paid tutorials
 
for the sake of this thread, check this keyword; Its Keyword difficulty is only 8 in AHREFS but see the top 10 URLS.
is it possible to rank for it easily?
