I am In a web site flipping course right now they say i am about half way done with my site. Im wondering if you flippers will take a look at it and tell me what i should expect from it when i finish it and list it. "huntingpath . com"..... tell me what i might expect $$ wise when its done. I still may spin the articles so they are unique.

Good choice of niche! As you're currently building the site, am I right to assume traffic, revenue and PR are zero, as these will affect the price? If this is the case you can expect between $100 and $400 based on the number of original non spun articles you have on the blog.
