Go to Settings > General, make sure your page is public & allow guest posts

you should try this: Enable the Location Feature, Verify Your Business Location, Set Your Page as a Business, Test Check-In Feature. good luck

Yeah, you need to set your fanpage as a local business with a valid address in Page Settings -> Edit Page Info. Also, enable check-ins under Settings -> Templates and Tabs. Might take some time for FB to recognize it.

Make sure the address on your fan page is clear first. Navigate to your fan page, choose Edit Page Info, and then fill in the Location field with a real location. Additionally, save after turning on the "Customers can visit my business at this address" option.

Steps to Enable Check-Ins on Your Facebook Fan Page
Ensure Your Page Category Supports Check-Ins:
Facebook allows check-ins for specific business categories. Make sure your fan page is categorized correctly (e.g., "Local Business," "Restaurant," "Retail").
Edit Page Settings:
Go to your Facebook fan page.
Click on the "About" section.
Ensure that your page has a physical address listed. Users can only check in if a valid address is provided.
Turn on Check-In Feature:
Click on the "Settings" option at the top right of your page.
In the left sidebar, select "Templates and Tabs."
Ensure that the "Check In" option is enabled. If it’s not visible, ensure your page category supports it (as mentioned in the first step).
Encourage Check-Ins:
Post encouraging messages or guidelines on your page, inviting followers to check in when they visit.
Consider offering incentives, such as discounts or freebies, for users who check in at your location.
Share Your Location:
When creating posts, share your location in the post options. This will link to your fan page when users check in.
Use engaging images or posts that encourage customers to check-in and show their support.

To enable Check-in for your Facebook Fanpage, follow these steps so that when users check in at a location, it links to your page:
  • Add a Physical Address to Your Fanpage
  • Go to your Facebook Page.
  • Click Edit Page Info in the left menu.
  • In the Location section, enter your business address.
  • Make sure to check the box that says “Customers visit my business at my street address” (if available).
  • Click Save Changes.
  • Enable Check-in for Your Page:
    - Once you add an address, Facebook will automatically allow people to check in at your business.
    - If the check-in option is not showing, wait a few hours for Facebook to update the information.
  • Test the Check-in Feature
  • Log into Facebook with another account.
  • Click Create Post > Check-in.
  • Search for your page’s name.
  • Select it and post to see if it links to your page
