Nice share. Usually I check this manually, here the steps:
? Go to Google search tab then type the full URL of your site. If you can't see any URL of your websites or pages then your site is banned.
? Check plagiarism or content uniqueness, if you have seen so many copyright contents, you are in prone of getting banned. Update your website contents.

congrats! and thank god my website not banned yet
It donot say anything else other than checking site:yourwebsite.com so we can say good tool to check if website indexed in google or not, nothing else...
