Check if its "dedicated server" or actually a "VPS"

Hey all

I am not sure if its the right section or not (forgive me)
I am tired of googling around to how to check my dedicated server if its in fact a dedicated server or just a VPS node on a server.

I have it running on Linux Cent OS and I am a total noob about CentOS.
Can anyone help me?
