can you show a example yes i understand your point of view , but i have never come accoss any sueing over a affiliate method from a website games cheat .

It is a legal issue, the proof can be found on the law but attention and this is very unlikely situation, but it is real and can happen.
Mainly they just sue the cheat devs, but anyone who is affiliated can be sued aswell for earning profits from a fraudulent software.
