Cheating a Vote Poll/Contest

Hi everyone,

A friend of mine is doing a contest and we just discovered that if you delete the cookies. You can vote again. The only problem is that a lot of more people found this out. Some people where able to get 6K in less then a halfour. How is this possible? And how can i also get this? I want him to win ofc.
