Cheated By Limestone networks

Hi Freinds,

I have ordered dedicated server on limestone networks , i paid them advanced from my credit card, at the time of the giving server to me they comiited all the services but after taking there services they are responding in 48 -72 hrs on support tickets , not given me basic things which i have ordered like plesk panel. they arre not able install panle and other stuff in one month time again they have charged from account for the second month. they have charged late fees , support fees other maintenance fees from me , but they never give me working server in 35 days, then i shouted alot they told me they refund my one amount that is 250$ in three days they have not refund that to me and delete my tickets and all the things from my panel. now they are not responding to me for my money.

Please tell me what to do.they harassed me like anything for 40 days.

Limestone has really went downhill big-time last 6 months or so. I would've recommended them to anyone and actually had 12 dedicated servers hosted with them at one time. I've gradually cancelled them off and then out of nowhere yesterday I get a notice telling me that at the end of the period they'll be discontinuing the service. I kinda chuckled since I was cancelling them anyway and haven't been using them, but that's just it, I haven't been using them. I probalby haven't even logged into 2 of the 3 i have left for like a month and when I asked what in the world they'd be discontinuing my service for I got nothing but silence. Up until about 6 months ago tickets used to be responded within hours if even that long. I'm not sure if this is typical either but their servers seem to have a lot of hardware failures as well. I've probably lost like 3 different hdd's because they would fail and need to be replaced and when I ask what happened to all my data their response was "sorry" lol. I'm not one to hold grudges or stay bitter and I can recommend a place with better quality servers for a few bucks cheaper actually if OP needed to switch or w/e. Not trying to sell them or anything like that but I'll 2nd the stay away from limestone theme.
