About 99.9% of traffic sites don't convert.

The only good paid traffic you can expect conversions from is Adwords.

its a cheap traffic as the names says... dosn't convert at all.

So if you looking to see some sales then its a big NO, but if you just wanted to improve your alexa rank then its good for ya
