What's there to prove. I mentioned that the pre-sales support is not good and that's why I didn't but assuming the same post-sales support, in almost every post.
I mentioned in general, not treating me alone in a polite way.
The company/service provider/product provider has to prove that they are good, defending alone doesn't makes anything good. Prove yourself and I bow you.
I'm telling you again, I won't purchase anything that doesn't provide good pre-sales service.
You're going round and round, telling prove it, prove it.
You just prove and show it to the world I was wrong and I'll be your customer in future. That's what you should be, rather than just defending.

You're repeating about support but you didn't even try to contact support if you did then provide us (the date, time, email) we can check them from support history, you can't prove that you contacted support, which means you're a BIG LIAR!
