some things you can go cheap on but when it comes to a VPS, you get what you pay for. I've tried a lot of different companies and every cheap vps i got was basically a waste of money because of issues like down time and slow connections. If you want to go cheap get something around 20-25$. i suggest xsserver, they aren't the best but they'll get the job done at the end of the day. If you go after those $10 vps's you'll end up just throwing your money away.

For me it's Dewlance hands down. I need 1GB RAM, and they can give me that for $20 per month. Every other provider I tried couldn't maintain uptime beyond 24 hours, constant shutdowns and other issues. Dewlance's VPS is rock solid and I would recommend them for sure.

well, i dont need much from the vpn, just running a simple software 24/5 so anything cheap will do

You have to remember that some of the VPS's have license fee's that they have to pay for so even if they wanted to do 10, they may have to charge 15.
Why so cheap? Save a few bucks and get a decent Windows server. I like 1&1 for Windows. It has Plesk so if you are looking for cPanel, you will not find it.
You'll make your extra back ASAP. They may have a sale right now.

I picked up the same offer, the company is BERMANHOSTING.COM
Their servers are absolutely fantastic. I had a VPS with ThrustVPS, XSServer, and a couple others. Even tried the BHTDownloads blackhat VPS (complete scam), but Berman Hosting is spot on with price and performance. I also got Windows 7 as the OS instead of the usual Windows Server 2008. BIG improvement! Applications run much smoother on Windows 7. SENuke hasn't crashed once in a month of everyday use! Plus Scrapebox installed for free? Hell yeah.

I also got a vps off of fiverr from BermanHosting back in December, and have been using them since.
I have to say they are excellent for the money. There has been zero down time so far, and the connection is fast. Customer support is superb, and when he is online there is live chat support.
