Cheapest web hosting + domain, any recommandations?

Not to beat a dead horse but stay away from supper cheap web hosting. Basically anyone that promises everything for nothing. I will never forget when I went through about 5 different cheap hosts before finding LaughingSquid. That was a painful few months.

I now use Rackspace cloud sites and love it. If you dont have a ton of sites there are a lot of people that resell this service (i.e. LaughingSquid) Now that RackSpace has there UK option as well I might take a look at that.

For value for money hosting 1.99 a month with webhostingpad,if you go for 3 years initially. First domain with them is free of course. Been using them for two years now, no problems whatsoever!
If you purchase other domains though, I believe it is better to keep them separate to your hosting, so try internet.bs for those.
