Hi peeps,

Cheapest web hosting + domain registration, any recommandations?
any methods?

i am looking for a webhost probably with cpanel which allows php and mysql which allows me to install wordpress themes...

thanks everyone

Argh, never ever put cheap and host in the same sentance..............its trouble!

I have used hostgator reseller for years and never had problems, I have tried cheaper options and it always ends up with a headache!

I might look for a UK host very soon though

Hostgator for sure, I have used them for time now and never had any issues.
Support is excellent.
There are coupons available for a free first month all over the net.
monthforacent cheaphatchlingplan cheapbabyplan all work amongst others.

Netfirms are good for domain names and if you use LOVE as the discount code apparently you get your .COM for $4.95

Another vote for Hostgator; even though they may not be the cheapest, I've never had any problems with uptime, and the customer service support is second to none.

Here we go OP.

Cheapest hosting: Hostable.com $00.99 per 3 years.
Cheapest domain: Gadaddy.com Penny first year.

Hope it helps you.

Hi thanks, just a quick question.

If I buy hosting from hostable, and I buy domain, a .com address from godaddy, how do I combine it together?

I think Justhost is the cheapest one i have seen , and they also provides .com domain name free for life .

Have to agree with this 100%. Seems every one wants the cheapest hosting they can find. Solid web hosting is the life blood for your business/money and going the cheapest route is only going to cause problems.

I really dont like the word cheap. I use Meteor Pages. I buy their 5.85 plan and it works really well. Their support is very quick at all hours of the day. I would recommend them. Look them up on google, I cant post links yet.

yeah man...never look for something "cheap" when talking about this kind of stuff...

Hostgator is good....

but siteground which is really good for domains with joomla or wordpress..
has a special..
like $10 hosting for a whole year and one FREE domain registration for a year too.

all for only $10 dollars...I have one of my projects hosted on
that deal... it pretty fast.

pm if you need the link.....

Price does matter and it is an important criterion for the selection of a web hosting company. The most popular pricing package is the shared web hosting solution that offers low and flexible prices. Especially, for small businesses, a shared web hosting solution proves to be best deal. Many web hosting companies also offer a yearly discount plan. However, it is not always good to go with the cheapest. Quality, reliability, and support are more important than the price.
Anyways StartLogic, Dreamhost, Laughing Squid, IX Web Hosting, AN Hosting, HostICan, Bluehost and many others meet the WordPress minimum requirements. So just read reviews about selected host and if possible, go for a trial for couple of selected hosters and analyze the results as per your requirements.
Hope it helps !!!!
