Cheapest way to get new domains for temp usage ?

Reason why I am asking is this : I found a great source to get traffic from , but they keep banning the urlshorteners I use , now I could register new domains every day , but I rather find a more cost effective solution.

Anyone have any good solution to get new domains all the time without investing much ? I thought about using co.cc , but I guess they will just ban the whole co.cc domain then.
