You can try VPSGURUS. they have a big discount for new customers VPS for only $ 1. 1024 RAM, 50 GB HDD, 1000 GB BW etc...

see in BHW hosting section many of them are there offering good price

I use virpus. They start at $4/mo for 1 core, 20gb, 1gb RAM (2gb burtsable) 1.5 tb bandwidth. They are not the cheapest on the list, but it seems to me they don't ask what you do, unless it's really hairy.

why you do not ask google for this?

For a cheap and realiable VPS my vote go for HostStage.
I used the cheaper plan they offer and the support is great.

I have seen the posts so far, and did a little research. Here are the best I've seen so far on this thread in no particular order:

Amazon Free Cloud - lol come on, it's friggin free. no excuses. just nothing dirty, because something tells me the watchdogs of amazon have all sorts of different frowny faces to show you if any weirdness is run. For the holy only.

Santrex had a nice roomy Vps, and I mean roomy for $10 /month. Also a lot of other interesting services.. Interesting indeed!

semoweb looks like it has a pretty good price.

I mention thrust Vps not because of their prices, they are above what I would want to spend. They seem to have the most pleasing way to get what I would want however. I heavily agree with their decision to have price levels, and have different configurations for each level. Way cool.
