Cheapest VPS with Cpanel Hosting

Hello can someone please recommend a cheap VPS i can use to send email from my Wordpress site also one that includes Cpanel hosting in 1 package i can use to host my website too? My hosting service is expiring soon and i want a cheap and reliable hosting service that i can use to also send emails to my subscribers.

All romanian vps services are cheap just google "VPS Hosting Romania" and choose any service you want you`ll have prices from 2$/month.
 
Define cheap, please? For some $5 is cheap and for some $30 is cheap.
 
cpanel itself isn't cheap so expect VPSs to be around $30-$50/m if you want a solid one with cpanel
 
If you want a solid VPS with fast connections try offshore-servers. They have a thread on this site. I have been their user for a long time and they have been very helpful with everything. Not using it now as I have moved to other projects.

Are those servers safe though? I know servers from those countries are usually flagged as spam servers. I want one that can send emails that hit the email inbox.

Even with volume pricing, cPanel costs the provider at least $10/mo per VPS.

If anyone offers you a VPS with cPanel under $10/mo, it's either an old and insecure version, a nulled license, or a shared hosting plan being falsely resold as a VPS.

It's safe . If you`re not sure , just call them talk with them they will tell you everything you want to know.

100% accurate. Cpanel is not cheap, hence the impossibility to have a cheap vps with cpanel

I installed vistacp but it does not come with a free file manager. There is a free version but it is only for 24 hours. What free file manager do you suggest?
