Asvhost: 24$/month for just 2 gb ram, wtf you call that cheap? My current one with the same specs is 7$
Qhoster: 24.95$
Here on bhw there are windows vps for just 5.50$ a month
I Thought i might discover sth cheaper but hell no those are overpriced imo

First, cheaper does not always mean better. Contabo is very cheap, but their performance is not so good to compared to Hetzner, which is still cheap (imo) but not AS cheap. BuyVM is also very cheap and a big one, but I personally only tried their 7$ vps so can't really say much.
One last thing, some guys above mentioned vps hosting. If is mentioned as "vps hosting", bots might be against their tos and they might terminate your vps if it uses many resources. So ask beforehand

I do not think that you overpay with current plan. If you are happy with the current service quality better to stay with your current provider and do mot move anywhere. You may get cheaper service for cheaper price.
