cheapest service for tagetted Fb likes?

Hello.

Can anyone tell me who is providing cheapest service for targetted (UK) facebook likes? I prefer if its someone from this forum! Tried and tested (likes should not fall, FB should not alert that likes are fake!)

I saw the market place thread but there is a huge difference in advertised and real rates, for r.g. saw one thread, they were asking 12$/5000 likes but on website, the rates are 42$/5000 likes!! (saying main thread is very old..)
