alright so im wondering is there like cheap proxies. like $5 a month i get like 50 proxies that i can make youtube accounts with without getting the phone vertification to pop up. I need answer asap Please!!!

No Chance. You can try free proxies, but they are 99% useless for creating any kind of accounts.

So I would have to buy private anon proxies? Which are like $5 for 2 :/. But yeah, I can only use those?

You can use private shared or exclusive proxies. Either way you need to let the vendor know what you'r using them for so they can allocate you some proxies that will work for what you're doing. It's possible that the shared ones will stop working sooner should another user also start making some accounts with them.

Exclusive proxies are the better way to go. $5 for 2 is too high. Mine are $2 each (for 3 or more), and discounted for larger orders. See my BST thread link in my sig.
 
i recommend you to take Dedicated proxies and ask the provider if they supports Youtube Google or search providers in BHW ;)
 
Not sure if you are going to find that cheap. You are better off spending the money on private proxies to be safe with Youtube.

For youtube you need dedicated private proxies and for $5 you will get 2 proxies or max 3 with discount ...

no1 has 50 proxies to rent for 5$ cheapest shared are about 3 for 1$
full private will cost 1-2$. and public proxies wont do it
 
I don't want to repeat, however, as everybody already mentioned, dedicated proxies is the way to go.
Think about it this way, even if it costs $2/account, I am sure you can make much more out of that account. It's called an investment.
