For cheapest hosting solution check out Host Koala, their plans are super cheap and starts from $5/year.
The only limitation is the storage and bandwidth, which are pretty low.

i suggest you to don't go for cheap hosting, but Namecheap's hosting is good & reasonable.

Use coupon code “HALLOWEEN” That is 3 years for $7 or one year for $2.50. It is almost too cheap .. =)

Good and reasonable if you are not looking to use WordPress, specifically on shared hosting. It's horrendous, even with minimal plugins.

That's only one website though. And only 10gb , meh, it's alright. I got one.

So i checked out hostkoala. They are pretty cheap. I am personally looking to build a wordpress site, will it be able to handle it.
I will mostly switch to a better host maybe by feb or march but i wish to start now and this seems to be a great option. Anybody can let me know that would be great.

You can test it, I heard many good reviews about this service. Also, someone has shared a coupon above, which lowers the pricing to $7 for 3 years. Even if it doesn't work for you. You'll still have a hosting to use for other purposes.
