I think enom is one of the cheapest around

I use namecheap (enom reseller) and dynadot, both are very cheap in my opinion.

Cheapest is godaddy with the discount codes which are always doing the rounds

Look for promo codes. Sometimes A is cheaper sometimes B. While buying a domain name, think for long run like privacy and renewal costs.
