Cheapest Mass Comment Bot with Captcha Solving plugin support?

I could probably just about afford Tube Toolbox if it had support for captcha-solving plugins, but I don't see that functionality and it isn't much good to me without it.

Can anyone recommend a good, cheap bot simply for grabbing video URLs from searches and spamming comments to them, with support for services like Decaptcher?

And on the captcha-solving services, which service is the best value for money?

Myadtools looks good but I don't have $70 to spend, guess I'll write a script myself then, was hoping I wouldn't have to.

Why would you want captcha solving when commenting? Just do 1 comment per account.
