cheapest high retention views?

cheapest and high retention sadly doesn't go well together and there usually is a catch, instead buy smaller amount of views but good quality, they will help even better with the rank of the video / hell i would advise you not to buy at all from panels they hurt your channel, only if you find a youtube-specific panel which is also a provider for youtube to specialize on it.
These days we need views with
-High Retention and small drop rate
-Unique IP's
-Low bounce ratio
-Doing different steps, not only watching - for example 1 view with 100% retention, while also the same IP likes the video on the same session, etc
Especially if you are trying to rank search tags, there are people who manually do that but they are more expensive.
Again i would advise you to post frequently / with schedule and go white hat, because organic views are much better

Cheap quality sellers will not provide quality. So better invest in good panel.
