namecheap is best and if you can't afford to renewal then transfer it to cloudflare. (By the way its too early to talk about renewal but knowing about renewal prices is good).

Godaddy offers dotcom domain for around 1 dollar, If you are not able to get it then you can buy from Porkbun for around 3 dollars. For 3 dollars they offer who.is privacy, SSL, and a lot more
